1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Ariluna website and the sale of leather shoes, bags, and accessories (“Products”) to customers (“Client”).
2. Products

Essential product characteristics are described on each product page.

As our items are handmade and crafted from natural leather, slight variations in colour or texture may occur and are considered normal characteristics of the material.

Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly reflect the actual product.
3. Prices

All prices are listed in Euro and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Ariluna reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.
4. Orders

An order becomes binding once the Client completes the payment and receives an order confirmation by email.

Ariluna reserves the right to refuse orders in cases such as:

product unavailability,
-
payment irregularities,
-
improper use of the website.

If a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, the Client will be informed and refunded.
5. Payment
Accepted payment methods include:

Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express),

PayPal,

Apple Pay / Google Pay (if enabled),

Any additional methods indicated on the website.
Payments are processed through secure, certified systems. Card details are never stored on our servers.
6. Shipping

Ariluna ships to Italy and other countries listed on the website.

Estimated delivery times are provided on the Shipping page and at checkout.

Delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure events are beyond Ariluna’s responsibility and do not entitle the Client to compensation.

Once the order is shipped, the Client receives a tracking email.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
The Client has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 working days from the delivery date, without providing any reason, in accordance with EU regulations.
Return conditions:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Returns of used, damaged, or customised items are not accepted.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Client unless stated otherwise.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, Ariluna will issue a refund within 14 days.
8. Defective or Incorrect Products
If the Client receives a defective item or one different from the order:

They must notify Ariluna within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the issue.

Ariluna will arrange a replacement or refund after assessment.
9. Warranty
Ariluna products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty of conformity, as required by the Consumer Code.
The warranty does not cover:

normal wear and tear,
-
accidental damage or misuse,
-
damage caused by water or chemical substances.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content (logos, texts, images, designs, layouts) is the exclusive property of Ariluna or used under license.
Any reproduction or use without permission is strictly prohibited.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, drafted in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
Clients are encouraged to read it before using the site.
12. Limitation of Liability
Ariluna is not liable for:

improper use of the products,

indirect or consequential damages,

interruptions or technical issues caused by external factors.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute involving a consumer shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the consumer’s place of residence.
14. Amendments
Ariluna may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect once published on the website.
